Kahungunu Asset Holding Company (KAHC) is pleased to invite applications for its Associate Director Programme — a structured governance development opportunity designed to build commercial capability within Ngāti Kahungunu.
This programme provides emerging governors with exposure to real-time bord processes, commercial strategy, risk oversight and investment decision-making across KAHC's diversified asset portfolio. The Associate Director will observe and contribute to board discussions (non-voting), receive monitoring from experienced directors, and develop a deeper understanding of iwi commercial governance in practice.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Associate Director role is to strengthen the long-term governance capability of Ngāti Kahungunu by creating a practical pathway into commercial directorship.
